As of November 30, 2009, the NetBox email service was moved to its new home. Notices were sent for the past month and the NetBox home and customer pages have carried the announcement and links to the forms to continue the NetBox service. Current customers who completed the transition forms have been set up on the new system using the login information supplied in the transition forms (for complete setup instructions see the NetBox User Guide.

Customers who have not yet completed the transition forms you can log into the NetBox Customer Home page and follow the forms to complete the transition. If want to continue with the NetBox service, please use the Contact Us form including your account name and alternate email address and we will sent you instructions on how to compete the transition.

Mail to accounts which have not been upgraded will bounce back to the originating sender. It is important that you let us know soon if you want to avoid this. If you experience problems with the transition let us know right away using the Contact Us form.

After more than seven years, NetBox is upgrading our email system. This is not something we do not do without a considerable amount of thought and client input. We would not make a change in our systems unless we felt that it would give our clients significantly better service. There will be a number of new and improved features which put our clients in fuller control of their email, though one of our standard features will, unfortunately, be lost.
