2020 April 28 - NetBox Email Slowdown

UPDATE - As of 22:25 UTC, the issue with authorization for POP, IMAP and Webmail services has been resolved. We believe that the problem did not affect delivery of email, only the authorization process was affected. Some users may experience some slow logins as the system recovers and the sytem is being monitored for any further issues.
As of 28 April 2020 15:30 UTC, the servers processing the NetBox mail services are experiencing a significant slowdown. This affects POP, IMAP, and Webmail services. Users may be experiencing time outs as their mail programs attempt to login to fetch messages. This does not seem to be affecting mail forwarding if that is configured in your account (i.e., all messages seem to be forwarding as expected).
